I have a bad credit history - can you still help?
Yes. Having a poor credit history doesn’t automatically mean you can’t get a mortgage. How easy is it to remortgage my current property?
Remortgaging is usually a straightforward process, particularly if your circumstances haven’t changed significantly. We’ll review your current mortgage, check for any early repayment charges, and search for better deals that could reduce your monthly payments or release equity. What fee do you charge to arrange my mortgage or insurance?

How long does the process take from start to finish?
On average, a mortgage application takes between 8–12 weeks from initial application to completion. However, timescales can vary depending on the lender, your circumstances, property type, and how quickly required documents are provided. We keep you updated at every stage.
I have very limit funds for a deposit - how much do I need to pay?
Most lenders require a minimum deposit of 5–10% of the property’s purchase price. However, the more you can put down, the better the rates are likely to be. There may also be schemes available to help buyers with smaller deposits. We’ll review your finances and advise on the most realistic and affordable options for you.
